Abstract
In the past times, the transverse ventilation design or semi transversal ventilation design were usually adopted for the long tunnel on high rank highways, while the longitudinal injection ventilation design was only adopted in recent few years. The paper introduces in detail the longitudinal injection ventilation design for the Wushishan Tunnel, which may be used as reference for the ventilation design of other highway tunnels.
