Abstract
Some problems about ventilation in extra long highway tunnels have been discussed in this paper. The ventilation modes and geometry parameters of longitudinal blow-suction ventilation of Xuefengshan Tunnel in Hunan Province (7 000 m) have been studied and calculated. Based on this, the general design, principle design, technical design and relative structural design of ventilation for the tunnel have been successfully done.
