The Clinical Application of Anesthesia Gastroscopy

Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of anesthesia gastroscopy in the treatment process.Methods 1858 patients who were scheduled for anesthesia gastroscopy were selected as observation group,at the same time,1153 patients who were scheduled for ordinary gastroscopy were selected as control group.The patients of observation group were anesthesiaed by propofol before treatment,the heart rate,oxygen saturation(SpO2)and adverse reactions of the patients of the two groups were monitored during treatment,and all the patients were investigated for the satisfaction to this treatment and the attitude to re-gastroscopy.Results All the patients successfully completed gastroscopy treatment.In the observation group,the incidence of heart rate60 beats/min was 4.41%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The incidence of SpO290%,dizziness ataxia,the pain of injection site,nausea,pharyngalgia,self-extubation,the satisfaction to this treatment and attitude to re-gastroscopy was 6.35%,5.17%,17.06%,0%,0%,0%,98.76% and 99.25% respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia gastroscopy is a feasible and safe treatment technology,which is worth of the clinical promotion.
