Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to explore the effects of different carbon source and nitrogen sources on the mycelium growth and spore germination of Colletrichum.[Method] The Charlie solid medium and the conidial suspension culture were used to study the the effects of 10 carbon sources and 9 nitrogen sources on the mycelium growth and spore germination of Colletrichum through the determination test on the mycelium growth and spore germination.[Result] The mycelium growth test showed that the mycelium growth in 5 kind of carbon source medium with lactose,D-fructose,glucose,glycerin,D-xylose were better, with their growth amount all being ≥7.87 mm/d and the carbon sources medium with L-sorbin got the poor effect. The mycelium growth in 4 kind of nitrogen source medium with sodium nitrate,glycin,L-lysine and L-histidine were better, with their growth amount all being ≥ 8.00 mm/d. The nitrogen source medium with ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride and L-cystine got the poor effects. The spore germination test showed that Colletrichum could better use the various carbon sources and nitrogen sources and the glycerin carbon source solution got the lowest the germination rate of Colletrichum spore.[Conclusion] The optimum carbon sources to the mycelial growth and spore germination was glucose and the optimum nitrogen sources to the one were sodium nitrate and L-histidine.
