Abstract
In this work,a serial of heteropolyoxometallates with rare earth were synthesized and used in the synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone.Their catalytic activity was evaluated and the result showed that K8H3[La(PW11O39)2]·25H2O is the best of all catalysts because of its high catalytic activity. It was also found that when the reaction time was 8h,a high yield of 71.9% of adipic acid can be obtained.Besides, the optimum reaction conditions were determined by examining the effect of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, time, amount of cyclohexanone and H2O2,and catalyst dosage.
