Abstract
A Keggin structure heteropoly acid H3PW6Mo6O40·nH2O was prepared and used to catalyze the synthesis of adipic acid from cycolhexanone,oxidized by 30% hydrogen peroxide without any organic solvent or phase-transfer agent.This paper studies the effects of amount of catalyst,amount of 30% H2O2,reaction temperature,reaction time.It shows that the optimal conditions of reaction are reactant molar ratio of cyclohexanone/tungstomolybdophosphate acid/hydrogen peroxide= 100/0.15/400,the reaction temperature of 90℃ and time of 5h,the isolated yield of adipic acid can reach 75.8%.
