The Status and the Strategy for Improving the Research Work in Non-governmental Institution of Higher Learning: Based on the Survey of five Non-governmental Institutions in Shanghai

Although the non-governmental institutions of higher learning have developed for more than two decades,their weak research ability,less results and low quality issues have been greatly affected the development of those institutions.In this paper,a survey is conducted with five non-governmental Institutions of higher learning in Shanghai.The author analyzes the reason which affects the development of research work in non-governmental institution of higher learning,and some strategies are made accordingly from the college level.
