Ways and Means of Legal Education for Clinical Medical Students

With the development of the market economy and carring out of a new round of health care reforming,China higher education of medicine also has changed and improved. For clinical medical students,considering with the new challenges,the humanities and social sciences education,especially legal education have become particularly important. Currently,Chinese students' clinical legal education,primarily is carried on through two types of ways:school education and non-school education. The only effective way in training high-quality medical professionals with legal knowledge and awareness is to strengthen the combination of a variety of education.
