Abstract

With entry into WTO, China's real estate investment shall have been impacted in many aspects on the supply and demand in quantity and structure. In view of the opportunities and challenges for real estate industry caused by entry into WTO, the regulations of real estate industry should be perfected, MA of the industry should be stimulated and directed, the input of human resources and real estate management to the industry should be increased.
