Abstract

The entry into the WTO is an important move taken by China to get involved in the economic globalization,it s a necessary choice made by China in ord er to establish and perfect market ec onomy.As one of the mainstays of our n ational economy the real estate industry is inevitab ly affected by our entry into the WTO.Thus,it is necessary to study and analyze in time the effects brought by China' s entry into the WTO on our real estate industry.
