Abstract
Aiming at the influence of NaCl stress on germination of cucumber and tomato and the influence of different concentration exogenic Cd2+ on germination of cucumber and tomato under the stress of 170 mmol/L NaCl,the experiments were conducted.The results indicated that under the stress of 170 mmol/L NaCl,when the concentration of Cd2+ was 10 mmol/L,the germination rate of cucumber increased,and the growth of sprout and seedling were promoted,too.When Cd2+ was up to 50 mmol/L,the growth of radicel was restrained.Exogenic Cd2+ was of relative great influence on tomato,i.e.vital index was 0 when Cd2+ was 10 mmol/L and the germination rate 20% and lateral root amounted 0 when Cd2+ 20 mmol/L.
