Analysis on the Influence of Chinese Traditional Culture on the Modern Management

From the angle of Chinese traditional cultural resources,this paper discusses on the externalization and application of Chinese traditional culture in the modern management,analyzes on and probes into the organic agreement of the traditional culture with the modern management system,and holds that our country's modern management should absorb the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture for promoting the development of our country's management.
