Abstract
A piston is one of the main parts of the new type vacuum pump.By the use of finite element analytic software ANSYS the modality analysis has been carried out on the piston. The former 10 ordered inherent frequencies and types of vibration of piston have been obtained from the results. These results of analysis could not only provide theoretical basis for the piston study on the vibration control, reliability and life, but also provide the scientific data to the piston and pump structure optimization design.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
