Abstract
A piston of a new type vacuum pump was analyzed based on ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results of the analysis provide scientific data to the piston and pump design and manufacture,and provide a theoretical basis to the piston and pump further optimization.This way improves efficiency of the piston design and reduces the piston design and manufacturing costs.
