Abstract
It is well known that high-intensity EMP destroys all kinds of network services physically.How to provide survivability strategies in modern EM wars was discussed and the ability of GMPLS survivability strategy and the that of other survivability strategies were compared.Finally,several survivability coordinated strategies were introduced and a design idea of a LSP dynamic provisioning schemes was proposed.
