Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lacrimal duct flush and probing in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.Methods Observation 246 cases(male 132 cases,femal 114 cases).Male(114 eyes),femal(128 eyes),just 272 eyes,All the patients were treated with lacrimal duct flush,accumulative Purulent seccetion in the lacrimal sac were clear,the patients didn't need probing who were cured for one time,on the other hand,immediately with lacrimal duct probing,and injected sodium Hyaluronate into the lacrimal duct.Results 246 cases(260 eyes) lacrimal duct were clear,cure rate were 95.59%.Conclusion Flush and probing lacrimal duct were effective in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.
