Abstract
Objective To investigate correlation MSCT perfusion parameters with MVD counts of carcinoma of rectum and VEGF expression. Methods Fifty nine cases of carcinoma of rectum patients were collected which is confirmed by biopsy.Cases were selected using the GE64 spiral CT perfusion scan of carcinoma of rectum.Acquiring the perfusion imaging and its specific parameter values such as the blood volume, blood flow, mean transit time, the permeability of surface.Carcinoma tissue samples were obtained after surgery,CD34,VEGF monoclonal antibody were used for immunohistochemical staining.Analyzing the correlation among MSCT perfusion parameters and MVD counts,VEGF expression. Results VEGF expression and MVD count in carcinoma tissues were positively correlated with BF and BV,negatively correlated with the MTT;There is no correlation with PS.Conclusion CT perfusion imaging parameters can reflect the carcinoma of rectum tumor angiogenesis,VEGF expression and hemodynamic changes, which laid the foundation for the further research of carcinoma of rectum invasion and metastasis.
