Discussion on Establishment of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Guarantee System

With the expansion of teaching scale as well as the increasing demand of promoting student individual personalities development and fostering high-quality personnel,it becomes increasingly important to establish the college level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system under the direction of university level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system.Based on the practical teaching management work,this paper discusses the establishment of the college level teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system.Colleges should establish teaching working group,teacher supervisor group,student supervisor group,ect,and standardize the working mechanism to ensure that teaching quality monitoring and guarantee is institutionalized and standardized.The main objects of teaching quality monitoring are classroom teaching,practice teaching,graduation design and college's daily teaching management work.
