Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety and adverse drug reaction of injective Cefoselis in the treatment of acute respiratory and urinary bacteria infection, including respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection. Methods A randomized controlled open clinical trial was carried out. Ceftazidime as a controlled drug. Cefoselis(trial,127 cases) and ceftazidime(control,125 cases) was 2~4g every 12 hours by intravenous infusion respectively. The course of treatment was 7-14 days. Results The clinical total effective rate of cefoselis group was 94.49 ; the bacterial clearance rate were 96.26. While those of ceftazidime group were 92.00,and 96.23 respectively. The incidence of adverse reaction of cefoselis group was 5.43, those of ceftazidime group was 3.88.Conclusion Cefoselis hydrogen sulfate injection is a kind of effective and anti-bacterial drug.
