Research on Asset-backed Securitization of Forest Resources in China

Abstract

Securitization,which is a new financing tool,is a valid solution to raise money in forestry. This paper analyzes nature character and meaning of ABS,discusses apply condition of asset-backed securitization and the positive role of forestry industry's development in China and puts forward the policy suggestions to develop asset-backed securitization of forestry resources in China.
