Abstract
The asset securitization, which is a new structured financing technique, is targeted for assets lacking for fluidity, advantaging in inventory of assets liquidity and financing efficiency, such as forestry. The article revealed mechanism of forestry credit securitization assets securitization, analyzed how forestry credit assets securitization met the standard of asset securitization core requirement and selected the most representative species of eucalyptus 66.7 hm2for empirical analysis, in order to provide new ideas for solving the financing difficulties of forestry economy in China.
