Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasonography on the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:The results were compared with surgery and pathology.Results:Diagnostic ultrasonography accordance rate to operative pathology was 89.25%(83/93) in acute appendicitis.Conclusion:Ultrasonography plays a very important role in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
