Abstract

In the Sino-Japan War,there were hardly any battlefield hospitals,and doctors and nurses could hardly meet the urgent needs on the battlefield and there was no complete battlefield rescuing-system.The battlefield rescuing was very difficult.Some western people set up the Red Cross hospitals to relieve the difficult medical conditions by rescuing wounded soldiers.The western people living in Shanghai called on to raise money for the Red Cross hospitals.These funds were used to rescue wounded soldiers.The battlefield rescuing in the Sino-Japan has brought about important social consequences.
