Mindset of the Literati under the Imperial Examination Sytem Reflected in the Legends of the Tang Dynasty

The imperial examination sytem was produced in the Sui Dynasty and became comeplete in the Tang Dynasty.From then on,the literati had a mind that could not be cut from it but was disorderly.The legends of the Tang Dynasty,mainly inspired from reality and involved with love,history,politics,heros,fantansies and so on,reflect from all aspects the social lives of the Tang Dynasty.This text discusses the literati's mindset under influence of the imperial examination system through the legend works of the Tang Dynasty.
