Abstract

Personality education is the core of integrative quality development program offered by institutions of higher education to university students.This thesis probes into the content of the program—personality,personality education and personality cultivation,and reflects the major problems in this field,Given the new situation China's institutions of higher education are faced with in strengthening moral education,it proposes a pool of forces from all sectors to improve the program.
