Abstract

Component of the coagulant and fibrinolytic system were examined from the health individuals(n=20),stable angina (SA,n=20),unstable angina (UA,n=19) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI,n=57).The parameters were detected include the activity of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA),plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI),plasminogen(PLG),α2 antiplasmin(α2AP),and the concentration of fibrinogen(Fg)and DDimer.During the acute stage of UA and AMI,the plasma levels of tPA activity and tPA/PAI ratio were significantly decreased,PAI activity,Fg concentration and DDimer concentration were signficantly increased than health individuals(P values all0.05),it is especially in AMI.Plasma PLG activity significantly decreased in AMI(P0.05).It suggested that, during the acute stage of UA and AMI,patients become to be increased coagulant activity and decreased fibrinolytic activity significantly,it may be useful for the study the pathogenesis of coronary heart diseases.
