Abstract

This paper applies Fairclough's three-dimensional theory to conducting a critical analysis on a CNN report.It is revealed that discourse representation and heterogeneity,as the forms ofintertextuality coexist and interact each other in media discourse.On the other hand,it reflects that how the different voices representing the different power are well blended and merged in media to present the ideology of the different power.
