Abstract
Supercritical fluid technology is extensively applied in the fields of chemical engineering,medicine,biology,food,porcelain etc.It is a new rese arch aspect to apply the supercritical fluid technology on environmental protection.The technology has gotten extremely rapid development for recent years because of its many advantages such as low-price,good-speed and high-efficiency in disposing of wastes.The specialties of supercritical fluid and the application status quo of supercritical fluid technology(supercritical fluid extraction,supercritical fluid chromatography and supercritical water oxidation)in environmental protection were summarized in this paper.
