Appearance of Marx’s Practical Ontological Thoughts:The Theoretical Significance of Controversy over “Practical Existential Aesthetics”

The current controversy over existential is one of the most important controversies of aesthetics since the beginning of 21st century.Through the retrospection of the course of the current controversy over existential and the discussion on the key questions of the controversy,such as the concept of ontology,Marx’s ontological thoughts,Marxist practical concept and a comparison between the difference of the Marx’s philosophical views by two sides of the controversy,we conclude that the most theoretical meaning of the controversy is that the Marx’ s practical ontological thoughts appear in China’s contemporary study of aesthetics.
