Abstract
The content of tannin in pomegranate leaves was determined by casein method. The results showed that there was a good relationship between gallic acid concentration and its absorbance with a linear range of 1.001 6 to 6.009 6μg/mL.The average spike recovery was 85.81% with the SD of 0.066% and the RSD of 1.18%(n=6).The method is accurate, credible and reproducible to determine the tannin content in pomegranate leaves.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
