Abstract
Research on the lately collected Su E's epitaph in Wugong showed that the information on his epitaph was detailed and reliable,much of it could be verified by document,some could be used to correct or make up for the Tang history.Therefore,it is of certain historic value.Besides,it revealed Su E's identity and his relationship with Mrs.Su.Based on this,Su's family tree was clarified,which will provide new material for the study of Tang history.
