The Relationship of Military Law and Military Ethics

As part of upper constructers, military ethics and military law regulate and control military acts, and adjust military social relationship through this. Although there are differences between the two, they are not quite different system independent to each other, they are relying each other. Military law safeguards military ethics and promote its development; on the other hand, military ethics assists and military law, has significance on the attitude of subjects towards military law.
