Abstract

The construction of military law system determines the independence of military law as both a discipline and a jurisprudence,thus it heavily influences the legislation and ruling of military law.The academic studies have had profound achievement on construction of military law system though in lack of self-determination to some extent.It is suggested to classify military law system,according to military power,into military organization law;military conduct law;military procedural law;military supervision and remedy law.
