Abstract
To explore the neurobehavioral results of different ischemic time after the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats,a cerebral ischemia-reperfusion( I / R) model was established using the line in the left middle cerebral artery occlusion( MCAO) of rats and test neuro-behavioral evaluation by a method of modified neurological severity scores( m NSS) in ischemia for l h,2 h,4 h and reperfusion for l d,4 d,7 d and 14 d. The area of the cerebral infarction was estimated by 2% TTC staining. Results showed that the survival rate in ischemia for 2 h group was relatively high and the neurological function defect belonged to the moderate degree. 2 h after ischemia is the most appropriate ischemia time in focal ischemia-reperfusion model, and it might be one important reference for assessing pharmacodynamic indexes and the selection of ischemia time window in related research.
