Tentative discussion on engineering cost management

Abstract

According to the characteristics of engineering cost management of construction projects,cost management in implementation phase is discussed.Introduction is made on dynamic management of engineering cost,at the same time suggestions are proposed to strengthen informatization management and computer application of engineering cost management to upgrade engineering cost management level of China.
