Abstract

Cost management of building engineering is introduced.Based upon analysis of the shortages existed in traditional cost management methods in our country improvement and whole procedure cost management suggestions are proposed.In addition,according to the question that how to establish one excellent cost management group discussion is made in order to strengthen cost control and increase economic benefits.
