Abstract

It is a great progress in theory that higher vocational education is recognized as a type of higher education.However,it has not developed into a new type yet.In the development of higher vocational education in a meaningful sense,the abnormal tendencies,such as neither higher nor vocational,higher but not vocational and vocational but not higher,must be rectified.
