Abstract
To humanize animals is one of the most glaring contents in the age-old tales of mystery.These animal tales reflect authentically people's spiritual world of the times,which strongly proves the development of thinking in the society.By analyzing the discourse of some snake tales of mystery in Wei,Jin,Northern and Southern Dynasties,the writer tries to explore the origin and implication of these mysterious tales from the perspective of culture-anthropology,trying to find reasonable explanation of the humanizing stories with the concept of repaying an obligation and witchcraft so as to acquires a deep comprehension of Chinese folk-customs and the principle of life transplanting in Chinese literature.
