Abstract
Objective To established a method to determine the contents of Menadione Sodium Bisulfite in Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Injection.Method Used an RP-HPLC method with SinoChromODS C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was a mixture of 0.015 mol/L NaH2PO4 buffer solution-methanol(70:30),the flow rate was1.0 ml﹒min-1 and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08~2.40 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.8%(n=18).Conclusion The method is fast,simple and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Menadione Sodium Bisulfite in Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Injection.
