Abstract

[Objective] To explore the effect of psychotherapy on the interference of depression among Parkinson patients and their life quality.[Methods] 86 Parkinson patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the psychotherapy group and the control;the scores of SDS and SF36 life quality questionnaires and the clinical efficacy were evaluated between the two groups.[Results] The SDS scores of the psychotherapy group were significantly lower than that of the control, while the clinical efficacy were significantly better than that of the control(P0.05);the SF-36 life quality scores of the psychotherapy group were significantly higher than that of the control except for the physiological function(P0.05).[Conclusion] Psychotherapy could obviously decrease the degree of depression and improves the clinical efficacy, physical function and life quality of Parkinson patients.
