Abstract
Objective To analyze the result of skin allergen test in order to provide scientific basis for treating patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Skin test was performed by using 11 kinds of inhalant allergens to the patients with allergic rhinitis, patients injected with histamine were positive controls, and normal saline was negative controls. Results The proportions of patients with positive skin tests were as follows:Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(63.7%), Dermatophagoides culinae(61.4%) and tropical acarid(40.8%).Conclusion The study shows that the main allergens for 515 patients with allergic rhinitis are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, dermatophagoides culinae and tropical acarid.
