Abstract

Relationship between the content and the ratios of endogenous hormones and different nuclear backgroud was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method in different buds developmental stages of JinhuataiA cytoplasmic male sterile(cms) radish 75A and 87A and their maintainer lines 75B and 87B.The results were as follows: There were different contents of endogenous hormones in male sterile lines, maintainer lines and male sterile and maintainer lines in different nuclear background, emboding 75B75A,87A87B,87A75A and 75B87B of IAA and ZR contents;75A75B,87A87B,75A87A and 75B87B of ABA and GA contents except exceptional stages. The endogenous hormonal equilibrium was broken between IAA,ABA,ZR and GA.All results suggested that nuclear gene remarkably affected the content of endogenous hormones in the male sterile radish.
