Abstract
The content of endogenous hormone and different Cytoplasmic of CMS were studied in different nuclear background. The result shows: there are different content of endogenous hormone by different Cytoplasmic or in different nuclear background, lower content of GA and mid content of IAA and higher ABA are connected with higher degree of Male sterile; therefore, higher content GA/ABA and IAA/ABA might reduce male sterile.
