Abstract
In this experiment, staphytococcal protein A(SPA) rosette test and immunohistochemistry, histochemistry staining were used to research the dynamic changes of the cellular immune in peripheral blood and immune organs of chicks fed with probiotics .The results were as follows: the number of T cells in peripheral blood and the number of T cells in thymus and spleen increased in different extent as compared with those of control and reach the highest on 7th day after feeding with probiotics. The results showed that the level of cellular immune of the chicks fed with probiotics could be enhanced.Comparing the effects of two different probiotics showed the data of probioticsⅠwas higher than that of probioticsⅡ.It showed that the probioticsⅠwas better than probioticsⅡin the respect of immune enhance effect. Probably because probioticsⅠcontain more yeast than probioticsⅡled to this results.
