Abstract
In this study, nonspecific esterase staining method was used to research the dynamic changes of the cellular immune in thymus and spleen of the chicks fed with probiotics. In order to reveal the cellular immune enhancement effects in chicks fed with probiotics. The results showed that the number of T cells in thymus and spleen increased in different extents as compared with those of control chicks. The results showed that probiotics could enhance the level of cellular immune of chicks fed with probiotics. Moreover, the data of probioticsⅠwas higher than that of probioticsⅡ.It indicated that the probioticsⅠwas better than probioticsⅡin the respect of immune enhancement effect, which probably because probiotics Ⅰ contains more yeast than probioticsⅡ.
