Abstract

The grouting in pile bottom could improve the mechanical propertie of pile base,thus to raise the vertical loading capacity.Based on the in-situ pressure-grouting experiments and the full-scale pile tests of one project,the process and effect of jet pressure-grouting are presented here.The mechanism of increasing the performance of bored piles by grouting is also analyzed.An engineering experience of applying the new technique is presented at last.
