Abstract
Departing from the traffic accident mechanism in the context of the increasing serious traffic status in quo in China, the paper explored the guidance and feedback relations between traffic management and road safety based on the characteristics of Chinese urban road traffic safety issues. From the view of safety system engineering, the paper put forward that through implementing the scientific and rational management plan of road traffic to reduce traffic accidents, and provided some guidance and practical value in increasing the overall traffic safety management level.
