Abstract

The optimum extracting technology of isoflavonoids from pueraria lobata(Wiolld.)Ohwi was investigated by using the factorial and orthogonal design,and macroreticular resin was used for the purification of pureraria isoflavonoids.The results showed that 70 ℃,8∶1(v /w)of 50% ethanol and 2.5 hours were the optimum ondition for the extracting of isoflavonoids from pueraria lobata(Wiolld.)Ohwi.The purification pueraria isoflavonoids with 6 commercial macro reticular resins was studied;the results showed that AB-8 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of pueraria isoflavonoids.With an ethanol desorption agent concen-tration of 70%,work solution speed of 2 BV /h and work solution pH of 5,contacted AB-8 resin column can reach a reasonable yield and purity of product.
