The analysis of adults cases of Angel's Class II skeletal malocclusion treated with microscrew anchorage

Abstract
Objective To compare the dental-effects in treating adult Ⅱ malocclusion with micro-implant.Methods Compare the lines and angles of cephelometric X-ray in 25 paients before and after treatment to observe the dentomaxillal changes.Results The upper molars' mesial movement(0.84mm) and the upper incisors' retraction(7.68mm) were observed,the upper and lower insisors' relationship were improved significantly.Conclusion Micro-implants may be used as strong anchorage which can control the movementof the upper incisors and molars and improved patients' profiles greatly.
