Study on channel regulation of Daijiazhou reach in Middle Yangtze River

Abstract

The characters of navigation-obstruction of Daijiazhou reach in Middle Yangtze River is analyzed.On the basis of the alluvial process analysis,the selection of navigable channel is discussed,and the channel regulation method is investigated,and the channel regulation principle is presented.The definition of target river pattern is put forth,and the target river pattern of Daijiazhou reach is selected.Based on the regulation method,the total channel regulation engineering is proposed.
